Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the tkop platform, including all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other services made available at tkop.bet ("Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tkop ("Company", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on tkop, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkop strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting solely on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or consultant of tkop, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion that would prohibit you from gambling.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one tkop account. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If tkop identifies that a Player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided at tkop's sole discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must notify tkop promptly if any of your registration details change. tkop may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration, including but not limited to: national identification, passport, or valid government-issued photo ID; proof of address; and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tkop Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkop accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). tkop does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. tkop will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the deposit source unless verified in advance. tkop reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tkop offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game categories. General bonus terms set out below apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Bonuses are credited to your tkop wallet on fulfilment of the stated qualifying conditions and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game is governed by its own set of rules as determined by the game provider. By playing any game on tkop, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. • In the event of a software error that results in an incorrect payout being displayed or credited, tkop reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds incorrectly paid out.
• Players may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game, per session, and per day as set by individual game providers. tkop reserves the right to impose additional platform-level payout caps where necessary.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the tkop Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport, league, and market as determined by tkop's sportsbook provider at the time the bet is settled. tkop's sports betting offering covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other international sporting events.

Bets are final once confirmed. Requests to void or amend a confirmed bet will not be accepted except where a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and the specific market rules provide for a void. tkop reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

tkop is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income. tkop provides Players with a suite of responsible gaming tools including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable to permanent). Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkop Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, betting markets, or the tkop Platform in any way.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated arbitrage.
• Using or attempting to use any form of cheating software, game vulnerability exploit, or any other method designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions more than once, or facilitating another person to do so.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Account Suspension and Termination

tkop reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) tkop has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct; (c) the Player fails to complete KYC or age verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) tkop is required to do so by applicable law or regulation. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tkop will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding verification requirements and after deducting any bonus amounts that have not met their applicable wagering requirements. tkop will not return balances to accounts that are closed due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, technical failures, or any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

tkop's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their tkop account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether tkop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments to These Terms

tkop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are considered material — including but not limited to changes affecting eligibility, fee structures, withdrawal processing times, or bonus terms — tkop will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor amendments (typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect Player rights), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at tkop.bet/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Contact Information

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tkop Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
